Just want to give a quick guide on how to upload user videos. If you already have your 4x4 video footage than you must first upload your video to one of these video host:

* YouTube
* Google Video
* Yahoo Video
* MySpace Video
* Flickr
* Vimeo
* Metacafe
* Blip.tv
* Dailymotion
* Break
* Live Leak
* Viddler

If you do not have an account on any of these video sites than you can contact us to have your video placed on our YouTube account and than you will be able to upload it here.

Once you have your video upload on one of the above listed video host than you will need to log in to your AnythingLifted account and find the link that says "Add Video" located below your Profile picture and My Status bar. Click the link and it will tell you that, "You can create a link to the following video providers:" and it will provide the list above. Click the "Next" button.

Than find your video on the video host page and copy the URL in your address bar and paste it in the "Video URL" box. Select the appropriate category you feel your video belongs in. Than select who is able to view the video, in most cases "Public" will be your choice as you want more people to be able to view your video.
