In a crazy twist of events Doc Mercer rolls his rig on Aftershock catching it on fire! Luckily there was a single bystander, Joe Bunker, waiting for car number 966 from BNS Fab to pass by.
"Bunk", as referred to on the Pirate forums, did not hesitate to run to the burning car. Doc released the straps on the fire extinguishers for Bunk while he attempted to release his own seatbelt. As the flames grew and the extinguisher wasn't doing the job Bunk returned to help Doc out of his belt. The belt wasn't realeasing so Bunk pulled out his trusty Leatherman to cut the seatbelts. At this point the fire is raging into the cockpit and Doc is unable to climb through the A frame so Bunk drags him out of the front windshield and away from the burning wreckage. The Official Hero of KOH, Bunk! Hopefully Mercer can salvage some of his parts from the rig, but for now he is safe.
Just recieved word from Doc Rocks team that the rig is completly salvaged and is just a heap of melted metal. Also Goodyear has given Bunk a set of Goodyear Tires and RaceLine rims. Masterpull told Bunk he also has the choice of anything on thier site!
Next thing you know Griffin Radiator walks up to the crowd and hands Bunk and official competitors hat and a brand new Griffin Radiator!
